Communication plays an increasingly important role in the relationship that a pension fund maintains with its policyholders, as well as with other stakeholders. During this training day, foundation board members can familiarise themselves with key concepts and practises relating to this topic.

Understand the role and importance of communications for pension funds - Provide basic tools for building a communications strategy - Relate the experience of pioneering funds in this field - Offer solutions and ideas to improve a pension fund's communications - Provide teh opportunity to meet with experts in this field.
