We are pleased to inform you that as of 1 January 2023, Pittet Associates will welcome occupational pension and actuarial experts of Swiss Life Pension Services (SLPS) to its various offices as new employees of Pittet Associates. The latter are currently providing actuarial consulting services to pension funds (expert consultancy) within SLPS until 31 December 2022.
This unique opportunity, which Pittet Associates and its employees are delighted about, has been made possible because SLPS has decided to focus its services on administration, international accounting and IT in the future due to the changing regulatory environment. The Vaudoise Group believes that this opportunity is fully in line with the strategy expressed at the time of the acquisition of Pittet Associates in 2019, namely to strengthen our company, specifically in German-speaking Switzerland.
This is a takeover of employees and occupational pension consultancy mandates only. Pittet Associates remains fully independent as before. In fact, the employment of these new employees will enable us to strengthen the skills of Pittet Associates and thus continue to provide a quality service to our clients.
